The challenge was to set up an interactive meeting of Philips staff and the CEO. The goal: giving staff the opportunity to talk to the CEO of their company and ask questions. The event was filmed, so that employees who could not attend were also brought up to date regarding issues such as pay, Philips’ social role, diversity, and sustainability.
The event was a unique experience. The gathering of a limited number of guests, seated close to the stage, generated a personal atmosphere. The interview was hosted by Ms Diana Matroos. Following the meeting and the round of discussions, the staff were given the opportunity to talk personally over a drink, during an informal get-together.
We had the pleasure of contributing to this unique experience. By acting quickly and smoothly, we managed to achieve a good result, in collaboration with the client. The client was satisfied with the event and impressed with the speed at which we set everything up. In addition, the film has become a successful tool within the Philips organisation; it is now used to provide information to the staff.
